R&S CREATIVES is a Tokyo media and creative company built on one idea: the talent is not the missing part, the structure that lets talent continue is. The castle at the centre of the map is that company.

IROHA is a PR platform that matches local businesses with creators who live in the same region. Not just anyone: only people who actually know the place.

THE CREWは、挑戦する人に専属のチームをつける仕組みです。制作費は複数の企業が月額で分担するので、挑戦する人に費用はかかりません。最初に取り組むのは、大会に挑む選手の記録です。
THE CREW puts a dedicated team behind one person taking something on. Several companies share the production cost month by month, and the person taking it on pays nothing. Athletes, and people filming a run at a competition, are where it starts.

ENG8Eは、クリエイターを実際のクライアント案件につなぐ仕組みです。案件ごとに必要な人数で組むので、ひとりの仕事も、チームの仕事もあります。登録して待つ場所ではありません。
ENG8E connects creators to real client projects. Each project is staffed with what it needs, one creator or a team. It is not a place where you register and wait.

SP8Aは、独立したクリエイターのために東京につくっている拠点です。クレーンが立っているのは、まだ開いていないからです。集中できる席と、同じ働き方の仲間と、仕事につながる道。
SP8A is a hub for independent creators in Tokyo. The crane is on the map because it is not open yet. A desk you can concentrate at, people working the same way, and a route to paid work.
